It is set up in a tiered format, with minimum balance levels of below $10,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, $500,000, and $1,000,000. The corresponding APYs are 0.05%, 0.20%, 0.30%, 0.30%, 0.35%, 0.40%, and 0.40%.

Both savings accounts from Citibank give you access to your account information online. The Citibank Savings Plus Account also gives you the ability to pay your bills online. The only restriction is that this account is limited to 6 withdrawals a month. Each additional withdrawal, which includes their paying of a bill, has a surcharge.
